STEP1 NEEDS ANALYSIS
Beyond basic specification requirements such as appearance, dimensions, and density, we focus on the "customization of physical properties," which lies at the heart of Cheng-Yu's core expertise. Characteristics such as ultra-high abrasion resistance, extreme tensile strength, or hydrolysis resistance in special environments are the key focal points of our needs analysis process with you.
STEP2 SAMPLE PRODUCTION
Once the specifications and physical properties are confirmed, the R&D team formulates the raw materials according to the requirements to create initial samples or test pieces. These samples undergo rigorous physical property testing to ensure key metrics—such as hardness, resilience, and abrasion resistance—meet the established standards. Cheng-Yu will then submit the qualified samples to you and proceed with quotation and mass production volume confirmation.
STEP3 QUOTATION & ORDER
After the samples receive your approval, our sales colleagues will provide you with a formal quotation based on the finalized material formulation, the complexity of the production process, the tooling plan, and the order volume. At this stage, we will also address any questions you may have regarding the subsequent production, ensuring both parties reach a consensus on terms such as price and delivery lead time. Once an agreement is reached, we will sign a formal order and look forward to establishing a long-term partnership with you.
STEP4 PRODUCTION PROCESS
Once the order is confirmed, our production line is scheduled for operation. From the initial mold preparation to standardized production scheduling, we are meticulous about every step. On the production line, we strictly manage the mixing ratios of PU raw materials and the foaming conditions. Production proceeds by injecting the material under pressure (Injection) into a closed mold. After waiting for it to cure and solidify, it is demolded and moved to post-processing for trimming. What we take from the mold is not just a product, but our commitment to quality.
STEP5 QA & PACKING
Cheng-Yu ensures that every mass-produced item replicates the quality of the sample you originally approved. Our Quality Assurance (QA) department performs a "100% pre-shipment inspection." Every single product undergoes a meticulous examination to ensure its appearance, dimensions, and functionality meet the standards. Products that pass inspection are then carefully packaged using materials and methods that offer the best protection, ensuring they are not damaged in any way during transit.
STEP6 SHIPMENT
After completing all inspection and packaging procedures, the project enters its final stage. Cheng-Yu conducts a final check with our long-term warehousing and logistics partners to ensure the shipping address and customs procedures are correct. We deliver your exclusive customized products safely and on time. Cheng-Yu will provide complete shipping documentation and report on the delivery progress, ensuring you can track the shipment status and smoothly conclude this ODM cooperation.
